Coaching
Coaching is an investment—in your well-being, your relationships, and your capacity for self-connection and change. My rates are structured to reflect the time, training, and clinical depth I bring to support meaningful and individualized work.
Individual and Relationship Coaching is for those wanting to connect with deeper vitality. Folks seeking this level of support often feel like life is going “fine” and first describe having “a pretty good life” with all the things they thought they wanted, while also feeling disconnected, numb or not having the ability to really enjoy what they’ve built. They talk about scrolling excessively, occassionally overdrinking or escaping into reality TV instead of being truly present with themselves or their partner. They share that life just feels a bit lacking and this is where Developmental Coaching comes in.
In Developmental Coaching, we focus on how early patterns of connection, disconnection, and identity shape our present-day experience—not by regressing or reliving the past, but by noticing how those deeper patterns still show up in the here and now. This model supports individuals in reconnecting with their core aliveness, agency, and authenticity.
Rather than pathologizing behaviors or focusing solely on symptom relief, coaching is a relational, body-aware process that explores how adaptive survival strategies formed in early life may now be limiting one’s ability to fully engage in meaningful relationships, work, and self-expression. I welcome you to this work and look forward to hearing from you!
***While I am a licensed therapist in the state of Arizona, I do not offer therapy services across state lines. Individual or relational coaching is different from therapy in that it focuses on individual and relational development, rather than treating psychopathology. If at any time I believe that coaching is not the right fit for you and/or there is evidence of psychopathology and the need for therapeutic support, I will assist you in finding a licensed therapist within your state who offers the services you need, either in place of, or in addition to our work together. Coaching services are not intended to diagnose or treat mental illness or replace therapeutic services by a licensed mental health professional within your state.
