I help couples deepen their honesty and embodied awareness. Whether you're navigating communication issues, old patterns, or the impact of trauma- our work focuses on helping each of you become more present, emotionally attuned, and accountable in the relationship.

Couples navigating infidelity can learn more about my approach HERE.

My approach with other material weaves together NARM and Differentiation theory. In simple terms, this means I support you in strengthening your sense of self while also staying engaged with your partner- rather than shutting down, disconnecting, or losing yourself.

In our sessions, we explore the places where you feel stuck, reactive, or unseen. We look at how early relational experiences may still be shaping your dynamic today, and we work toward clearer boundaries, more regulated interactions, and more meaningful connection.

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. If you choose to work with me, I want you to feel safe enough to show up fully and curious enough to examine patterns that may no longer serve you. Together, we’ll build on what’s working, release what’s keeping you stuck, and nurture the kind of connection that feels more alive, empowered, and true to who you are.

Facing emotional infidelity, betrayal trauma, or sexual deception.

Honoring neurodivergent wiring while nurturing authentic connection.

Guidance working toward sustainable agreements

Repairing financial overwhelm and money-related conflict, then building relational and financial alignment

Healing the impact of family-of-origin dynamics on current relationships

You’ve done so much to keep going.

You’ve worked hard to hold it all together. Maybe from the outside, things seem fine—but inside, you're constantly bracing and quietly questioning if it’s always going to feel this hard.

Perhaps you’re tired of feeling stuck in patterns you can’t name and carrying stories you didn’t choose. Maybe you’ve read the books, done the journaling, even tried therapy before—but you’re craving something deeper, something that honors your whole self.

If you're longing for clarity, calm, and a space to come home to yourself—I'd be honored to offer a place to land.

Your Space for Truth isn’t something I give you—it’s something already within you. My job is to help you access it.

You don’t need to go back and relive everything to move forward. We’ll focus on what’s happening now—how early experiences may still be shaping your relationships, self-perception, and sense of agency. We’ll explore not what happened to you, but rather how you and your nervous system adapted to survive. In that exploration, something new becomes possible: choice, connection, and healing.

You are not broken. You are becoming.

In my experience, healing is not about fixing what’s wrong—it’s about remembering what’s always been right within you. This is a space for that remembering.
