Grief, Bereavement
& Childloss
Grief changes us, and it changes our relationships.
When couples are navigating bereavement or the unimaginable pain of child loss, I offer a compassionate, steady space to slow down, reconnect, and hold what feels too heavy to carry alone. We honor both partners’ unique grieving processes while tending to the places where old survival patterns—shutting down, pulling away, caretaking, or feeling alone—may resurface. Together we explore how to stay connected without pressuring each other to grieve the same way, and how to move toward more presence, tenderness, and shared meaning in the wake of profound loss.
