Services & Fees

Therapy is an investment—in your well-being, your relationships, and your capacity for self-connection and change. My rates are structured to reflect the time, training, and clinical depth I bring to support meaningful and personalized care.

  • Individual Therapy

In individual work, we create a compassionate space to slow down and listen deeply—to what’s been unmet, what’s been over-managed, and what’s been lost along the way. I won’t pathologize you or try to fix what you might think is broken. Instead, we’ll explore how your past has shaped the ways you relate to yourself and the world, while gently building capacity for more freedom, aliveness, and connection in the present. I specialize in complex and relational trauma

Coming Soon: Sessions for individuals navigating the impact of Deceptive Sexuality and Betrayal Trauma.

Individual sessions are offered in 50 minute, 80-minute, & Intensive formats, depending on your needs and goals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relational challenges, burnout, or long-standing patterns, we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive and grounded.

Fees are due at time of service by credit/debit/HSA card on file, and are adjusted for inflation/cost of living annually.

    Individual (50 min): $200

    Individual (80 min): $320

  • Couples Therapy

I have a deep interest in supporting couples navigating difficult seasons and transitions. You deserve both soulful presence and professional guidance in the process of unwinding these challenges. In Couples therapy we first make space for honesty and repair.

My training in trauma-responsive couples work supports meaningful shifts and lasting repatterning in your relationship. To support this depth of work, I offer 80-minute sessions as well as 1–3 day intensives, depending on your needs. Couples sessions are intentionally longer to allow space for each partner’s voice, the emotional complexity of the work, and the time needed for effective repair and reconnection.

Working with couples involves more complexity and emotional holding. These extended sessions are designed to create space for both partners' experiences while supporting new patterns of connection and repair.

Fees are due at time of service by credit/debit/HSA card on file, and are adjusted for inflation/cost of living annually.

    Couple Intake: $335

    Couple (80 min): $320

    Couple (110 min): $440

    Reach Out

If you have any questions about which session format and duration is the best fit, I’m happy to talk through it with you. Therapy should feel not only safe enough—but spacious, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.

I find deep meaning in supporting clients as they heal from the patterns that are no longer working in their lives. Whether you're moving through a relationship challenge, feeling stuck in old survival strategies, or simply longing for more freedom and connection, our work together is a space to come home to yourself.

I offer both in-person and online telehealth sessions , depending on your needs.

Regarding Insurance:

I do not accept insurance. The choice to step away from insurance is an ethical one for me.
Insurance companies create many obstacles to meaningful therapy. They often require a mental health diagnosis to approve care, restrict how long we can work together, or request deeply personal information to justify your treatment.

At times, an insurance company decides—sometimes months after a session—that they shouldn’t have paid for it, even though they already did. When this happens, they 'claw back' the payment, meaning they take the money back from the therapist. Unfortunately, when this occurs, the responsibility for the cost of that session is transferred to you, the client. Unexpectedly.

Ultimately, I believe therapy should be guided by your needs, not dictated by a third party.
In this private-pay practice, we decide together how often to meet, what to focus on, and how to move at a pace that honors your process.
It’s confidential. It’s collaborative. It’s yours.
