Individual Trauma Therapy

Stack of small flat stones balanced on a large flat stone on a rocky surface with a blurred canyon in the background.

You’ve worked hard to hold it all together. On the outside, things might look fine—but inside, you may feel overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, disappointed—even scared. You might find yourself longing for someone to truly see you. Maybe you're exhausted by patterns you can’t seem to break, relationships that feel stuck, or a quiet sense that you’re not fully living as yourself.

You’ve adapted in powerful ways to survive—but now, you’re ready for something more than just coping. You want to feel connected—not just to others, but to yourself.

In individual work, we create a compassionate space to slow down and listen deeply—to what’s been unmet, what’s been over-managed, and what’s been lost along the way. I won’t pathologize you or try to fix what you might think is broken. Instead, we’ll explore how your past has shaped the ways you relate to yourself and the world, while gently building capacity for more freedom, aliveness, and connection in the present.

You don’t have to do this alone. Together, we create the conditions for truth to emerge.

I specialize in complex and relational trauma, drawing from NARM® (the NeuroAffective Relational Model) and Brainspotting. I also have experience working with executives, high-responsibility professionals, and entrepreneurs—and understand the unique origins and challenges that often accompany those roles.
